THREEFOLD MERCY, a Detroit based Christian Rock Band, is a collaboration between long-time friends, musicians and songwriters, Michael “Mo” Jones (Liquid Eclipse), and Detroit Music Award winner, Amy Susan Heard. Both uniquely gifted and respected solo artists, this is the first time these two musical powerhouses have worked together on a project of such spiritual significance. The name, Threefold Mercy, is derived from Ephesians 2:4-5, “But because of his great LOVE for us, God, who is rich in MERCY, made us alive with Christ…it is by GRACE you have been saved.” Their debut album, “My Hope Is In You,” is an eclectic fusion of Rock, Funk, Jazz and Blues, the result of melding together four very diverse and accomplished musicians. The tight rhythm section and fluid solos of Kevan McDaniel (drums), Michael “Mo” Jones (bass), and Greg Vella (lead guitar), along with the captivating vocals of Amy Susan Heard, will leave you breathless and wanting more.
