How to disable an event planner account
If you no longer would like to use Book Christian Bands, you can delete your account ☹ Deleting your account will effectively cancel any requests you have sent in the past and you will no longer receive requests or quotes from Book Christian Bands. If you have booked an event that has yet to happen, you cannot cancel your account until after the date has passed.
To disable your account:
- Log in to your control panel and go to account
- Locate the tab, where it says “disable account”
- Click the tab and disable the account
If you change your mind and would like to reconsider, please contact us. We would love to have you back at any time and make your next event incredible!
