How to log in to an event planner account

Book Christian Bands has an auto-login feature to make accessing your quotes & events easier. If you have cookies enabled on your device, you will be auto-logged into your account each time you visit our site. If you do not have cookies enabled, have not yet logged in, or have not used the site for more than 60 days, you will be asked to log in to your account. You can log in with Facebook or you can log in with the email address and password that was used to set up the account. Forgot your password? Not a problem. Visit the password recovery page. Type the email address on your account and we will send you an email with a link to reset your password. When you follow the link, you will provide a new password. You’ll be asked to type it twice! Be sure you type it the same both times. If you don’t remember your login email address, contact us. We would be happy to help. Here are a few more troubleshooting tips:

• Be sure that cookies are enabled and allowed for gigsalad.com. Try deleting your browser’s cookies and make sure you don’t have other software or a firewall blocking them. You can use this link to test whether your browser is accepting cookies from us.
• Password/email. Be sure you are typing in your correct email and password. Do not copy and paste either of these. Rather, type them in manually.
• An old browser. Still using Internet Explorer? In our opinion, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari are hands-down better web browsers. Regardless of the web browser you choose, be sure it’s completely up-to-date. Outdated browsers can cause a multitude of issues across many websites.
• Computer clock. Be sure that your computer’s clock is set correctly. Your clock should be set to the correct date & time and time zone.
